"The hotel was excellent, immaculate clean and in a great area. Very close to shopping/dining and 5min walk from the AO Arena if attending a concert. Breakfast was also good, with some variety to choose from. My only complaint was there was an item I bought to take to my concert(KPOP concert merchandise) the box was left on the bedside table, but the cleaner threw it out, along with my bottle of water that wasn't empty. I wanted to keep the box to keep the item safe when travelling home. It's not a huge deal, but it was nowhere near the bin, to be even considered as rubbish. So might be worth them leaving things incase it has value to someone. But it wouldn't ruin my expericne and I'd definitely use the hotel again in future trips."
