"Fantastic value for money. I paid £60 for a double room which was clean, spacious and had great views across to Piccadilly Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful on my arrival late in the evening following my flight. I received an upgrade free of charge. Room was very quiet considering its central location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I am in Manchester. "

"The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit. "

"Our 6th stay at this hotel, we use when coming up to town for a Theatre show at the Royal Exchange opposite. Had a room at the front end this time so bit of tram noise but that was it. Could see straight across to the theatre. Bed very comfy, had a much needed sleep after a very hectic start to the year! Buffet breakfast to me is the best part of the stay, so much choice, very well presented and constantly stocked up. Staff on duty to make sure we had everything we required. Love the new plastic beakers in the rooms, much better than having a drink out of a paper cup. Would be nice to have a satchet of hot chocolate and a packet of biscuits but you do sell these downstairs. We will be back."
