"The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit. "

"Our 6th stay at this hotel, we use when coming up to town for a Theatre show at the Royal Exchange opposite. Had a room at the front end this time so bit of tram noise but that was it. Could see straight across to the theatre. Bed very comfy, had a much needed sleep after a very hectic start to the year! Buffet breakfast to me is the best part of the stay, so much choice, very well presented and constantly stocked up. Staff on duty to make sure we had everything we required. Love the new plastic beakers in the rooms, much better than having a drink out of a paper cup. Would be nice to have a satchet of hot chocolate and a packet of biscuits but you do sell these downstairs. We will be back."

"The property was within walking distance of the Apollo concert venue which was really handy. The rooms were clean and well kept with modern decor. Big comfortable bed and good shower. Hotel bar was open til 2am which was great. Highly recommend this hotel, great value considering such a good central location."

"Really great service. It was my birthday so the man at my desk upgraded our room at no extra cost as well as giving us a free drink each. The room was lovely and spacious and checkout was nice and easy. "
