Check in was fast and they have express check out is available where you drop your key into a box when you’re on your way out. It’s also very conveniently located right by the train stations which was especially helpful to me after a long day of travelling by train to the airport! It takes no longer than 3 minutes to get from the platforms to the hotel...

"There is a shuttle that is just a short walk from hotel, but that was not made clear when I booked. I ended up taking a taxi to CDG which was fairly easy. Very big and I arrived late and had to leave early (430am) so long walks in hallways not totally convenient"

My only complaint was the room service app did not work and the food itself when it arrived was a little disappointing-and I paid for a dessert and never received it…Although I have to say it was very late in the evening, I’m sure the staff did their best.
