"We liked pretty much everything about this place. Newly remodeled, fresh paint and the grounds were meticulously maintained by the hard working owners. Oh yeah, the incredible walkway all along the shoreline and the sandy walk to the ocean. Would gladly spend another week there in the future."

The property itself is so close to the beach, john pass, walkable to groceries, stores and restaurants. I am so happy we experienced the stay. "

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. "We stayed one night. all of the staff was Excellent!! Everyone was friendly and helpful even the other room guest were friendly and helpful. A great location right on the beach. The room was very clean. We will definitely be back."

"Cute place but definitely needs some upgrades. Terrible bed, unreliable wifi, shower fixtures rusty, and no view of the ocean/beach. Owners were super friendly and nearby if anything is needed. Definitely a quiet little place with very little to do nearby, not a place for adventure seekers."

"The room was clean at arrival. Daily cleaning service was not provided. Every other day was the cleaning schedule. I was there two days so I didn’t get maid service. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The room was tiled so the beach sand didn’t soil any carpeting. The room served it’s purpose for me and saved money over staying at othe beach hotels. "
