"Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice."

GM should involve in how f&b is handling customer asks whether they maintain accor and fairmont standard or not. Nevertheless the property, room, facilities, food is top notch and kudo’s to the front office team as well. Great for families and for folks who like to explore Downtown Dubai. "

"Excellent place to stay and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed for was that I was looking one night and got booked for two. I mentioned to the receptionist and was advised to talk to Expedia and change it since I booked through Expedia and I did so. Expedia talked to the hotel management but they didn’t change and I ended up paying for two nights and stayed only from 8:00am to 10:00 pm. "
