"We used the Wheatsheaf in order to meet family and friends.The staff were very helpful getting us settled in our room which was very tidy and clean and comfy.All in all it was a lovely stay.My wife and I look forward to doing it again sometime.Thank you Wheatsheaf. "

"Good value, proper British hotel that's been going for a few years (or 100's years) so parts of it are perhaps a little fashionably distressed - genuinely, not by artifice! Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Parking and breakfast included so great value. "

"It’s a lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is good. I would stay there again. The property also had a beer garden, pub and other entertaining areas. The complimentary refreshments and chocolate in the rooms are a great addition. "

"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "

"I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending meetings close by. Easy access from Greenwich station which is a 5-min walk. Positives: Rooms are relatively clean and spacious. Check in was quick. The room had coffee and tea and a small kitchen (that I didn’t use). The nightly rate was fair and offered very good value for what you get.
