"This Park Plaza is very big and busy. The elevators were OK in spite of the size. It is located in a very busy area of town and the bridge to Westminster was often very busy, hard to cross. The room was comfortable, but the lighting system was confusing. You need to sign up for a spot in the swimming pool. The pool is smaller than the pictures would indicate. The gym was fine. Some of the rooms look out on an indoor atrium and do not have much natural light. It is lacking a nice sit down...

"The hotel is in a fantasic location, steps away from leicester square and trafalger square, as well as the tube. Considering the location, the room was fairly quiet and we didnt struggle to sleep which was great considering it was NYE and so busy. We had a couple of minor issues in the room - flicerking light above the sink and a screw hanging out of the door handle but nothing major that affected us. The only thing i felt was the carpet was in need of a deep clean and just felt a little musty...

"Stayed in a single room which is perfect for business travellers. Great location, tons to do in the evenings. A nice Green initiative if you are staying a couple of nights is that you receive a £7 food/drinks voucher if you opt out of a mid stay room clean. "

"Absolutely wonderful customer service -- everyone working at Mitre House was warm, helpful, and super responsive. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is not modern, but it's charming in its way (the photos on the site are accurate). We paid a premium due to the holiday but the normal pricing is well worth the stay."

"Check-in was easy. Desk open 24hrs. The room was small but as expected. Everything clean and decent for the price. We had a shared bathroom of which there were two on our floor and very clean. A basic, budget room and just what we needed. Good location and secure. "

"The hotel is located close to ground transportation facilities and 10 minutes away from subway stations. The room is average size for European hotels and clean.The breakfast is okay, except it’s the same every day. Our problem was the noise. Every day, early in the morning and after 10PM someone was dragging some big containers (our room was facing the back of the building) and the noise was unbearable. Not too bad for the price we paid."

"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....

Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London. "We liked that the suite room has lots of space, and it's as if it has two rooms and it has 2 bathrooms. The extra space and available storage closets was great too. Loved that the shower was walk in, every other hotel we stayed at had a high tub to get in. Only thing to keep in mind is the hotel is far from everything, but the train station is like a 3 minute walk. "

"We had an amazing stay- first time visiting UK. Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London.
