"Excellent service from arrival to departure. Attentive staff who showed us into a lounge for check-in. Nightly firework displays directly in front of the hotel is a big plus and we are able to enjoy the firework display from our private onsen in the room. Only downside is there isn’t much to do near the hotel, other than boating on the lake. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay at this property again if I am in the vicinity. "

The location is perfect for ski season with the gondola attached to the hotel (it wasn’t up due to warmer weather) but everything in the hotel from the staff, dinner, breakfast was top notch. You didn’t really need to leave the hotel to do anything. "

Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful."
