"We had such a great stay at this property! It was an easy walk from the train station, and to the main streets as well. Staff was so kind and informative. They provided us with yukatas that kept us very warm while walking around. Staying here also gave us a pass to all the onsens! We also opted for the breakfast option, and it was a beautiful, traditional spread. Loved this hotel and area - what a great experience!"

"かなり久々の温泉旅館、うるさい3歳児がいたにも関わらず、大変快適に過ごすことができました！当初Hotels.comで予約した際詳細を見落としていて、うっかり「トイレ無し」のお部屋を予約していたのですが、旅館側でお気遣い頂き、トイレ付きの広めのお部屋に変えていてくださいました。連泊だったのと、おむつの幼児がいたのでこれには本当に助かりました。お部屋も広くて快適、レトロな雰囲気も大変寛げました。息子ははじめてのお布団に興奮していました(いつもベッド)。お料理も美味しく、また仲居さんなどスタッフの皆様のお心遣いが秀逸で、心ゆくまで「日本の旅館」を堪能できました。 立地も、各種外湯へも行きやすく、コンビニも近くてとても便利でした。泊まった本館の階段が急で、慣れないうちは幼児を抱っこしての登り下りはちょっと怖かったですが、それはそれでレトロ感を楽しめて良かったです笑。貸切風呂も内湯も最高でした…✨またぜひお伺いしたいです。"
