"This property was amazing. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful view over Porthminster Beach. This exceptionally clean apartment was 5 star - such attention to detail including a lovely welcome pack. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that might be an issue for some people. There is no lift and being the Penthouse on the third floor there are quite a few stairs to climb. The communication with the management company was excellent too. "

Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"The stay was lovely, the location was superb, just a short stroll from the Beach and a small convenience store. The house itself on the whole was good, although the kitchen utensils and plates were all very dirty and needed washing before use and the shower is impossible for anyone over the height of 5ft with a connection lead not long enough to extend țhe shower height. "Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable.
