"Comfortable and safe hotel near train station. Everything is functional and free parking is across the street. My son and I stayed here one night (Aug 2022). Nothing to write home about, but bery correct. "

"I stayed at the hotel 9 years ago and whilst it is very convenient for the rugby it is starting to look a bit worn. The air conditioning didn't work which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The staff were good and attentive and food choice and quality at breakfast were very good. The price of drinks was very competitive compared to bars around the area. The location of the hotel is brilliant if you are there to watch rugby or to walk across the road to the quayside and it's many restaurants. "

"The room was well-presented with clean towels and a clean toilet. It would have been a help if a grab handle could have been provided by the bath and shower as getting in and out of the bath when wet with nowhere to hold on was difficult for an older person. "

"The room was very small with only open shelves to store clothes. Despite being a double room, there was a small table and one chair so we had to eat sitting on the bed. The restaurant was closed for the winter which we were not told, although there was a continental breakfast served every morning. All local restaurants were also closed so we had a choice of MacDonalds, pizza or gas station sandwiches to eat.
