"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy! It's rare to find such thoughtful and caring service, and it made our departure so much easier. Highly recommend!"

"Spent time at this hotel during typhoon. Great cable movie and sports selection. Personal hot tub in room. 7-eleven, Mos burger and KFC all close by were open during typhoon. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"It was a fantastic vacation trip. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite! I’ve got early check-in and free shuttle service for pick up. The room is clean, spacious and love the big hot spring tub outdoor facing the green mountains! So relaxing to hear the sound of nature while having hot spring. When I used the public hot spring, I was a bit dizzy after several rounds, and the staff immediately help and gave me towels and drinks. They cared as a team that even when I checked out, the counter staff knows and care. That’s amazing hospitality service. The breakfast and dinner were good, especially the beef soup at breakfast!! Staff were very helpful and cheerful! The compliment sweet soy-soup in the afternoon was very nice too!!! It’s been a very relaxing and matched many of my expectations. Will recommend others to come visit!! Thanks for the staff team (the counter, the staff at hotpot dinner and breakfast, as well as the two ladies served at the public hot spring… and the lady serving compliment tea and soy sweet soup at Blue Lagoon)"
