"Booked on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Location great - near metro stations, restaurants, cafes. Easy walk to major sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had wide variety of options. Had a great room (805) looking over Gran Via. First night was loud (arrived on a Saturday) but slept well subsequent nights. No complaints with housekeeping; loved the turn down service. 9th floor is the lounge/bar area and terrace. Wonderful place to unwind after a day of walking about. Will definitely stay here again. "

Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! "Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch."
