Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Topkapi

"I booked a room online with air conditioning and electricity. Unfortunately, when I received the room, it was on the fifth floor and without electricity, so I could not use the elevator or the air conditioning. When I complained to the reception, they treated me badly, so I left the hotel and remained without a room, searching the streets for another hotel. I don't recommend it at all"

The pool was closed for some reason although it was within the opening hours, very disappointing. Sauna was nice, it also had a Turkish bath and showers and a small gym. This was all decent. Room was basic but had all you needed, but older decor"
