"Service was excellent, rooms and facilities were kept clean. Didn't need to wait to use the facilities. Basic and small but excellent location and friendly helpful staff! First room was noisy as it was on the main road but the window didn't seem to close properly or offer sufficient sound proofing. "

"We stayed in a 4-beds room, all furniture is in good condition. The setting is same as shown. The room has some spaces to open up 2 large suitcases. The washroom and shower room are separate, and towels are provided. I will suggest to add some hooks in the shower room for handing the towels."

"The room was very well-prepared and the owner is kind and helpful, and seems like she has some interesting stories to tell. I was hoping the bar would be a gathering spot for all the guests, but I never saw it open (appears to be by reservation?) That we were encouraged to return by 9 PM was also a bit onerous (given it is 30 minutes from the city centre), but an understandable part of the guesthouse experience."

"Well in the middle of the night someone set off the alarm to the building and we couldnt get a hold of anyone. The QR code was not available at all even during the day time. "

"Was great stay! Very comfortable room with heating mat which was just perfect for this cold season. Bathroom was also very spacious enough for two people. And thanks for the flexible check in and out!!! And very good location of the stay it’s like 10 mins from the beach. We had great time, thank you very much for the stay. "

"Only two stations (15 minutes by train) from Kansai airport, so including the walk to the station you can be there in less than 30 minutes - that's the main attraction of the place - but the area itself is quite dead, aside from the cute covered shopping area between the guesthouse and the station. "Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was...

Pleasant Surprise!

"A spontaneous trip with my wife to Osaka led us to a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be staying here again. A short walk from the train station makes this a very convenient location if you're coming off of the Shinkansen. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and accommodating. "

Great hotel , for a Universal visit and Osaka

"Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . We got a great room facing the Bridge and Ferris wheel light display , with a great ledge to watch it from every night ! Thank you for a great stay for our family , with adjacent rooms , both upgraded , amazing 😻. 7-11 store next door and station straight across the road , one stop to Universal City . We did not get time to visit the Public baths or Rooftop lounge , they looked great ."
