"Good for its price. The property was clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. However, the surrounding area was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere and some animal crap on pedestrian walk. Felt unsafe after seeing people arguing loudly. And one person wanted to get run over. A lot of bicyclists as well. We were very careful walking. I was disappointed the property didn’t message me back after inquiring about luggage delivery. "

"Spacious and walkable 10 minute walk to Dotonburi strip. Easy access to transit, ubering to other attraction in the city is 15-20minutes. Well priced for 5days stay with 5 adults. Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience. "

"As a family of four with two boys under 8, this was the perfect hotel. The theme was board games, and the boys had so much fun. The room was nice, with bunk beds for the kids and super comfortable futons. But the most enjoyable part was the staff. They were so helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left in a taxi.
