"The location! You guys this place is like magic. I genuinely felt like i was the centerpiece of a snow globe. It was absolutely gorgeous. It offered all the space you could ask for. Indoor activities for when it's too cold, Plenty of seating. Can't wait to return for a summer stay. "

"Will stay again, location was close to a main snowmobile trail, the owner went overboard making sure we had room to park the trailer. Cabin was clean and warm, including a great ice maker! We had everything we needed for a week in the North! Snowmobiling was great!"

"This was a great property for 3 generations to enjoy and the view across the portage was spectacular with the clean white snow. We had great spaces to be together to play games around the table and to spread out for quiet time. The kitchen worked well for our food prep. The "cabin", was VERY clean & well cared for! I preferred to wash some dishes upon arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again! "

"It was quite cozy and perfect for a short stay for two of us! It was clean and check in was easy. The doggy blanket and dishes were a cute touch! The only drawbacks were the lack of green space for our pooch to potty, we had to cross a busy road to reach grass. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we could hear our neighbors above and next door. Don’t let that deter your stay, the close proximity to town and cleanliness made up for the very few drawbacks!"

"We had a great stay! Amazing mornings & sunsets on the dock & lake view. Close to Houghton for campus tour/visiting Tech. Beautiful day trip to Copper Harbor. Taking the kayaks out was easy & fun. Great bird watching & rock hunting nearby. Clean & Cozy. Recommend & will stay again!"

"A nice location for Ice Festival. Hot tube and Sauna great. Our place was a one bedroom with apartment feel. We had everything we needed but it was simple. No dishwasher, but we ate out a lot! We got to see fireworks from our window! "

"Loved the cleanliness above all, but it was all so perfect! Double refrigerators were a nice bonus, all electronics plug in were a great touch , very close to Houghton, beautiful view, lots of parking, and loved loved loved bathrooms for each of the 5 bedrooms! So many amenities! Will love to return here."

"Outstanding accommodations in every way! The entire process of renting, staying, and departing from this property could not have gone better. The property description was spot-on, and the place is amazing and comfortable for 5 adults. We will definitely be back, as this was the best location to enjoy all the UP has to offer on snowmobiles and allowed us easy access to both Houghton and Hancock during the trip. "

"A great place to stay while visiting for winter carnival "

"Great area and very quiet "

"The cabin worked out great for our group of 4 adults. The cabin is new and very well done. It was wonderful to have the wood stove to warm up after a long day on the trail. If there is good snow amount a person can easily navigate a snowmobile right from the cabin to the main trail system. Would highly recommend and hope to be back. "

"The cabin was the perfect stay for enjoying the quiet and snowy up north woods. It’s walking distance to the snow show trails and short drive to mt Bohemia. We loved the proximity to calumet Main Street for good food and coffee. The cabin is modern and cozy. Would definitely reserve again! "

"What an amazing place to stay! Spent 2 night for snowmobiling in the area. Excellent view and easy access to the trail. We will definitely be back and choosing a different suite to see what the others are like. We stayed in the Ruth suite and it was excellent for the 2 of us "
