Everything at property was ok. Except red head lady working night shift. Very unpleasant. I asked for a lower level room because I had a hip replacement lately. She informed me she cant control it. I then asked if possible to get a room with lake view. She handed me my license and credit card back and told me to contact expedia. The hotel was dead empty. I travel for work and get hotels everyweek. I know this is not how it works. Extremely unpleasant lady.

This is a very nice place, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We stayed here because we had an early morning meeting in Ontonagon. The room next to us had a very loud party going on until 2 a.m. We could hear absolutely everything that happened in the room. If I had known it was a party hotel for the snowmobilers, I would not have stayed here.

The staff was great, the property was nice and the room was clean. However, they have blinds that don’t cover the whole window with a neon sign that isn’t turned off at night flashing into the room. There is no room darkening drapes over the shade. The street side rooms have to listen to road noise all night. Sleeping was an issue.
