"This apartment checked all of the boxes for us. Big, comfortable, good location, good price. Lake Linden has a lot to offer and is close to Houghton and Calumet an not far to the rest of the Kewanaw. The park across the street is huge with lots of room, playgrounds, paths for walking or biking. There are groceries, restaurants, a gas station and bank all in town. "We enjoyed this location a lot. Convenient to everything. Beds are probably the most comfortable VRBO ones we’ve stayed in. Only draw back is noise level (it’s on a busy street) but owner provided white noise machines. If you need total quiet, not for you but we all slept very well. Clean, well appointed and everything worked. We liked the local restaurants too (Forge brisket place was excellent, as was La Cantina which is in walking distance).
