"Very dissapointing. The terrace in the picture is only accessible for one client and needs to be reserved. The mattrass was old, tired and I could feel the springs. The room that I was given (smoking) was not the one I bought (non smoking) . After complaining, I was oriented to another one. There is no bar in the hotel available. The lobby has a nice view and when I asked to order a drink there, I was told that they do not serve drinks in the lobby. If so, then fine for me. However at...

"The hotel was minutes on foot from Kintetsu Toba train station and from Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Aquarium. The lady owner was all smiles even though she spoke little English. Hot Japanese breakfast much appreciated in a cold morning. The only drawback was that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! "

"Good value. Perfect for family vacation (5 in our family). We arrived late (7PM) called ahead and staff welcomed us. Free on site parking. They don't speak English but are friendly. Room was non smoking and had no odor. But smoking is allowed in the hallways. In room bath is clean but old. After checking in, found Kura Sushi (kaiten style-inexpensive) 4 minutes walk! After dinner we tried the onsen bath at the hotel. Men's level was clean but women's level was a bit dirty. Next morning, girls...
