"Lovely hotel not too far from the main attractions in Da Nang. Rooftop pool not very big anf didn't use it as the weather was not great. Bar rarely open too but plenty local establishments to get cheap food and drink. Reception people very helpful and always ready to answer questions and sort out transport. Room was large with a massive bed. All very comfortable. "

"What an incredible and unique luxury hotel experience this was! Banyan Tree are a different type of hotel offering very personal experience throughout your stay. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and despite the weather not being on our side the hotel team did an awesome job and making up for it! We were greeting by our awesome host named Bich, who took us up to our upgraded 2-bedroom sea view villa. Due to the colder rainy weather we were upgraded to have a heated jacuzzi so we could still enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the infinity pool! This was a very classy move the the team. We were surprised multiple times a day with lovely thoughtful gestures for our honeymoon, including an upgrade, complimentary spa treatment of couples massage for 60mins, and many cakes and sweet treats. The host made the effort to converse with us at breakfast every day and ensure they're taking feedback and optimising our experience at all times. She even went above and beyond by sourcing vegetarian food options for our in-room dining as my wife is vegetarian. The attention to detail was impeccable. "

"Excellent stay, the room was clean comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had many options and was very tasty. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for early access to the Golden Bridge before the crowds start to arrive and also access to the other attractions during the evening. "

"Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrive I was taken excellent care of by my personal hostess Ms Ánh Hoa. She checked me in then took me to the room to show me all the features. She was the best hostess I have experienced in many years. Every day she made sure all our expectations were taken care, the room was cleaned and the turn down services was performed. She checked on me regularly to see if I needed any arrangements, reservations or help with anything. The resort pools and Onsen were great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and every meal we had at the resort was great. Roof top pool and bar were always refreshing and the water park was enjoyable. One of the best holidays I have had in a while. I will return again to Mikazuki Resort and will ask for Ms Hoa to be our hostess again. She really made our time there most enjoyable. "

"Good location near the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast has limited option but starts at 6:30am so good for early departures."

"We used this inexpensive hotel as a day room as we arrived in Da Nang with several hours to pass before our flight and it served our purposes perfectly. The location was centrally located so we could leave our bags at the hotel to go for a walk and visit the Cham museum and then have a rest at the hotel before the short 2 km ride to the airport. I appreciated that we were given our room before the actual checkin time. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, for the price I would say this hotel is probably ok. "
