"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"The suites are spacious and in a great location with great security to get in. The rooms can use better storage for luggage and clothes. The only BIG negative. The walls are THIN you will your neighbors, you will hear every. Little. Motion, moan and thump. So if you take kids keep them Out of the room with an adjacent wall."

"This property was amazing! My family and I had a marvelous time during our visit to Madrid. Perfect location—walking distance to top sights yet quiet. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen (though I didn’t use it), comfy bed, and washer/dryer. The staff was friendly, and the reception at check-out was especially warm. Would definitely return!"
