"The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again."

The room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is how super quiet it is. Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Whether you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or historical sites, you're right in the heart of it all.
