"We loved our stay on the river - from lounging in the backyard chaises to kayaking to find wildlife, it was great! Sun room was a lovely space to relax too. Kitchen was well equipped. Heads up to those with bad knees, both bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. "

"Overall, very clean, neat, and well furnished. Location was spectacular and local to many fun communities. We spent our days exploring Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Sarasota, and St. Petersburgh. "We had a great few days for a long weekend spring break. We love being on the water and exploring the area. The house was clean with everything we needed. Thank you for allowing dogs, he enjoyed himself. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved coming back to the neighborhood. We enjoy old Florida feel and wildlife."

"While the inside of the house is very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet, there are quite a few things that could be improved upon in exterior and pool cleanliness. We were so sad the pool wasn't heated, making it unusable during our stay. "

We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. "The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10"

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. The view was beautiful! Communication with property manager was excellent and he was great about replying!!! We definitely plan to stay again. At the last minute we decided to stay another night and he was more than accommodating!"

"The pool and outdoor area made this property. It was a beautiful place to hang out and have some down time. The beds however left a lot to be desired. The mattresses were horrible and there weren’t mattresses pads on the bed to keep the sheets from slipping around. Money would be well spent on upgrading the bedding! Other than that it’s a great place to stay."
