"The room was fine, check in went smooth. Housekeeping needs to mop behind bathroom doors. Also leave an extra trash bag or two in the room. Maintence needs to clean up more, Ice cream was all over the stairs for many hours while we were there. They were good when late evening our AC went out and responded quickly. The room bathroom needs some TLC and since we were facing the road and it gets pretty loud at night with the constant traffic. "Danielle at the front desk is amazing!!! I called to make sure we could be assigned to a first floor room. She did that immediately and when we got there it was all set. I don't like that they actually charge your card $100.00 deposit and have to wait 4 business days to have it returned. Only downfall is the bed was soft but you roll to the middle of the bed. They need to replace them or fix the frame?? "
