"This is a convenient and nice hotel for USF families. The breakfast had great options. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately on a negative note the air conditioning unit was very loud and the shower lacked water pressure and dripped loudly all night. The parking rate is also a bit disappointing and was not expected. "

"The unit where we stayed was really nice! The kitchen was very modern and had everything you needed! We were right on the golf course and the view was beautiful’ ! That particular pool was not the best, however if you’re looking for privacy then , look no further! I’d say the down side is as a vegetarian none of the restaurants had any options suitable for me and you can’t keep eating chips and guacamole, you get what I mean , overall it was a nice property "

"I stayed there towards the beginning of an 18 day trip during which I stayed at numerous places. I liked it so much, I redid my schedule so that I could stay there on my return trip north as well. The nicest place I stayed! The people were friendly and the unit was fabulous. The pool was immaculate. I can’t say enough nice things about this place."

This is probably the best bang-for-your-buck hotel near Busch Gardens. The free shuttle service is a huge plus—just call them, and they’ll pick you up from the park and bring you back to the hotel. "There were heroin needles with the tissues, blood on the walls and the sheets, bugs, dirty everything. Prostitutes outside of our door we couldn’t get our money back from the owner and the police said it was the 3rd time that week for needles. We had to send pictures in to Expedia and was able to get a refund thankfully. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn next door"
