"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. The buffet breakfast is great and my kids loved the nachos, burgers and wood-Fire pizza at the bar. Their Asian salad was amazing as well! I was happy with the prices being very reasonable - $10-$12 meals. My daughter and I even shared a pizza a couple times so that was a $6 meal for us each. I was surprised it didn’t feel crowded, even during spring break. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and really loved it. The vibe is tropical and intimate. It was very romantic. The staff are extremely friendly all the time and the spas are incredible. Awesome if you are looking for the jungle side of Costa Rica near the Arenal Volcano. "

"Pros: amazing view of the volcano (we stayed in #4 and when we stepped out the door, the view was incredible), friendly and helpful staff, the farm (lots of farm animals and activities fun for everyone but esp for kids) and organic garden (not an official tour, but we got to meet the gardener in charge and he showed us around), individual bungalows that are generously sized, body lotion & even natural bug repellent lotion in the rooms, hot springs (small but was never crowded), animal sightings (sloth, lots of birds), reasonably priced stuffed animals they sold ($30 for a sloth my son wanted. At another store, the same one was $42!), centrally located to reach many activities without long drives, quiet, comfortable beds. Cons: Not a huge con, but breakfast (included) wasn't that yummy. We did appreciate the fresh juice and fruits provided, however! Pool wasn't as beautiful/exciting, but it was also ok with us since we didn't spend that much time there. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience and would stay here again/recommend to others"
