"We visited for my daughter's 30th birthday and had a phenomenal time enhanced by the location where we stayed. This place is convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The property manager was an added value as he was so helpful and kind. There was an issue with an appliance, but the owner attended to it very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"Property is well kept, spacious and in a great location. Beaches and Cartagena sign are less than a minute walk away. Easy UBER rides to the walled city and anywhere you want to go. "This property is well taken care of andvery comfortable. Mary, the administrator of the property, was very attentive to make sure the bed were arranged in order to meet our needs. Apartment 5 has three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. They are all well appointed and of comparable size — so everyone was happy with their accommodations. The kitchen has plenty to offer with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and large washer and tumble dryer. All three amenities of home."

"This is a beautiful corner unit which gives you a better view then a middle unit. The pots and pans and cutting boards and utensils all looked brand new. Excellent York air conditioning units in every room along with large TVs. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The the towels were nice and thick and the beds were beautifully made. "The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance."
