I needed a prescription filled and the lady at reception was able to assist me with making a doctors appointment for the same day which I’m told can be difficult for new patients. I know she had to ring around. "

"I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning.
