Nicely decorated, spacious room (4 persons), central location. Clean bathroom but quite some dust on the floor underneath the beds. Breakfast was okay, I think that there was a lack of staff which led to shortages in the buffet.

Parked in near by car park as hotel car park was fully booked .As I have been to Hasselt quite a number of times I knew that the car park was not far from hotel

B&B hotel Hasselt
In general it was very pleasant stay. The hotel room was great, not very big, but sufficient, the shower was really nice, good bed and pillows. TV is good size for the room and possible to connect with phone or notebook. The position of the hotel is just perfect, it's actually in the city centre and at the same time it was very quiet during the night. The only negative for us was the check in process, it took 25 minutes and just wasn't nice.

This "B&B hotel" is by all mean a real hotel, with an excellent quality/price ratio (74.49 euro for a one-night stay on August 10-11). The room was very comfortable, though smaller than the one I got the previous time, and the design so pleasantly modern and cozy. The hotel is located near the city center next to the beautiful canal, unfortunately a bit far from the train station on foot. The receptionists were very friendly and informal. It would be nice to have a soap with a less pungent smell and a bit more space around the sink, but that did not impact the quality of my stay significantly. I will be happy to stay again next time I am in Hasselt.

A week holiday with family
Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and we did not have any problem. Maybe it would be good to inform guests in advance that the capacity of the hotel parking lot is limited and not all guests can be satisfied (which fortunately was not our case). However if the guests have the possibility to use the parking lot, they shall be ready to make certain maneuvers with the car before entering the door to the garage (to back up perpendicular to the opposite sidewalk so that they can enter the door straight :-)).

I asked last minute if they could change me from a double to a twin room, and they were able to make the change without an additional charge. I'm thankful for how accommodating they were on this. On the sustainability side, I like that they had soap and shampoo dispensers (with really nice shampoo) rather than those mini bottles, and actual glasses in the bathroom instead of single-use plastic cups. The glasses still had disposable lids on them, which are totally unnecessary, so they could still reduce the waste there. However, the cleaners did not adhere to what I thought was a universal hotel convention that if a towel is hung up then it doesn't need to be replaced. So the staff needs some training to reduce the waste from unnecessary laundry. Location was ideal for our weekend stay in Hasselt and overall the hotel was very nice. I would recommend it.

Prima verblijf behalve het ontbijt is superslecht geregeld. Ik heb lang staan wachten op b.v. zitplaats, borden, brood, beleg enz. Alles was op en te weinig personeel om dit aan te vullen. Wij hebben amper gegeten. Teveel mensen en te weinig capaciteit.
