"This hotel knows how to give a 5 star experience. All the other "5-star" hotels were so far away from this hotel. So many wonderful touches from the turn down service with scented wax and a small gift, to the complimentary tea time with snacks, to the breakfast. We love that they had a dress code so you didn't have to see strangers in their pajamas at breakfast lol. It's a bit far from the main attractions but cabs and tuktuks are waiting out front so it's easy to get where you want to. "

"The SO was in a great location near the MRT station and across for Lumpini Park. The hotel itself was a bit tired around the edges. Our room in particular (the one after I asked to be re-assigned after the first room they gave us smelled musty bad), was nice, but several electrical outlets weren't working or had issues. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was very good, and the common areas were well kept. It was really our room that showed its age, and the fact that...

"The hotel is so dirty and outdated. The bathroom smells so bad and has so many mold and mildew stains. The toilet needs to be replaced and the lighting needs to be fixed. The tv is from the early 2000’s and also there’s no lock for the balcony. This is in a sketchy area. Also want to add that the mattress are all very firm. I would say it’s on the extra firm side. Add a few more bucks and stay elsewhere! "

"I have only good things to say about the Pinnacle Lumphini. We stayed here 8 days. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices to suit everyone. The bed was not hard and there was a choice of pillows. Lots of hot water and clean towells. A very nice pool. The MRT Lumphini is a few minutes walk. There are many nice restaurant s in the immediate area as well as laundromats. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok"
