"Wonderful, updated and well-stocked kitchen and IMMENSE refrigerator helped with making four mammoth feasts in a row for family, with grandkids and pooches underfoot. Terrific location, beautifully appointed house, and Colleen could not possibly be more responsive. Thanks for having us!!!"

"The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. So much to do and such a lovely location on the lake. I wish we had been here in summer, it’s got to be spectacular. Hot tub was well cared for. Snow removal was good. Beds were comfy. Lots of dishes pots and pans. Does not include cooking supplies like oil or seasonings or cooking spray, just fyi. Awesome that we didn’t have to strip beds! "This is a nice property and the downstairs to a duplex. They provided snacks and plenty of bottled water. Blankets, shampoo, and soap were also onsite. The hosts are responsive, and communicative. It is a quiet area, but if there is someone staying upstairs you will hear walking above you. Overall a great place to stay if you're in the area!"

"I enjoyed my stay at Jason‘s cottage. The neighborhood was quiet in the winter, with only a handful of neighbors. Jason was great, communicating, and helpful when I accidentally left a couple things behind."

"We took our Mom away for the weekend and enjoyed an evening at the Salem Cross Inn. Accommodations were nice despite the cold weather. We found the parking to be a little tricky in winter conditions due to the hill. The bedrooms were comfort and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Plenty of room around the diningroom table for games and snacking in addition to meals. Kitchen tools need updating as well as pillows, blankets and ping pong paddles. Plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Porches...

"The property was lovely. The house was adorable when you walk inside. The view of the river was amazing. The house had everything you need for a short getaway. The only recommendation is to add that the train tracks are right by the house. We got in late and it was dark the first night. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking a truck was coming through the wall. "
