"Amazing experience "

"My room view was that of the rooftop with a garbage bucket right outside my window. Still trying to figure out if the bed was a king or queen as I had ordered a king for two people and we were lying too close for comfort. The room had small ants in which I killed 6 while I was sitting on the toilet. Could not raise the bathtub plug to drain water from a shower and the faucet continued to drip with a steady and slow stream after trying to shut it as best as I could. On the positive side, room service was excellent as they brought me a toothbrush and paste right away as I had forgotten to bring it. Also the front desk was very courteous. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Should include a bar fridge and microwave. Update furniture and bathroom needs sprucing up ( toilet and sink not functioning well). Like the breakfast included!"

"Great location and amenities. Great view of both falls from the 50th floor. We always enjoy the Hilton Fallsview. "

"The property and staff was excellent. The only issue was that the cleaning staff left a container with hydrogen peroxide directly next to the bath tub and my children started playing with it. Do better at remembering where you leave your cleaning supplies. This couldn’t have been a very serious injury."
