"We were in the area, from the USA to visit the falls for the first time. The home has great space with the main living area upstairs and the lower/entry area has an additional living room space and bedroom/bathroom plus laundry. Great stay, but be prepared for the slope of driveway and entry stairs (no handrail). Interior stairs are steep as well. Challenging for me due to knee issues, but I managed. It is literally right on the water, so you can walk right into the lake (just don't forget water shoes). But when you don't want to be in the lake, there are several little places you can relax. "My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. "
