"The Ascott Sathorn is in a great location, near public transport, and a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. It has a wonderful pool area and good pub with live music that was amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I didn't like how noisy it was at night. The windows could really do with triple glazing due to traffic noise. I was on the 7th floor, so maybe more of an issue lower down the building. The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable too."

"I was at the hotel for 4 total nights, many times we sat at the lobby to wait for my friends, there were flies everywhere which I think is unacceptable at a five star hotel. The front desk staffs are very slow and rude during check out and other times when I ask to get extra keys. The bathroom of room 4008 I stayed at smell like sewage. "
