"We stayed here for a tournament that was held across the street at the convention center and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The entire place was so clean, staff was extremely friendly, pool was kid friendly and the breakfast had lot of options! We stayed during Easter weekend so they had a cute egg hunt that entertained my child for a while. The only downside was the cost of daily parking which was $40 a day. "

"Very attentive staff and management We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service. "

"Hotel was new and modern with a good selection for breakfast. One problem is: they did little or no soundproofing in between rooms. all neighbors could be heard quite clear. hacking, coughing, snoring, talking, yelling all could be heard at all hours and quite clearly. Also heavy walking and flushing in rooms around us could also be heard. A few extra steps when building this hotel could have helped make this a great place to stay. based off of the experience I would be reluctant to stay here...

"Shout out to Cole and Aaron at the restaurant! I had a hard time valet parking because of the Arts Festival going up the next day. Aaron came out of the restaurant multiple times to help me out, and Cole was great with me on the phone! Tasty breakfast for room service and immaculate room. My only comment was that the beds were more firm than I like. "
