"The house was nice, clean and comfortable. However, a few important things things were not adequately supplied, eg only one toilet roll was supplied for a family of three for one week and there were no kitchen rolls. Also only one mirror in the entire property located in the Master bedroom. The toilet seat needs fixing because it keeps sliding off while one is sitting on it."

"We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. "Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed.
