"We had a wonderful time in The Villages. Charlotte’s villa was very comfortable and nice. It was fun playing Pickleball, golf, and tennis. We enjoyed the nice restaurants, shopping, and music, particularly in Brownwood. Charlotte was a wonderful host that responded quickly to questions. Mark and Karen"

"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"I was extremely impressed with this property starting from how clean this property was. Location was great to the town square and the hosts were very kind and responsive to our needs, two thumbs up!!"

"The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...

"The home was very nice but I was disappointed the yard had all rocks , my dog could not go out and the golf cart was not working . Overall it was a nice house a good location ."

"Was fleeing from hurricane melton with some children whose parents are 1st responders and had to work the storm. Jeff the care taker allowed us to come a little early so we would not have to wait for check in time , I really appreciated his flexibility, says a lot about how they manage the property and the people your renting from. It was a very nice place stay would stay with them again "

"Front screen door latch did not work and reported first few days there 1/12/24 Refrigerator shelf kept falling. Reported 1/21/24 Reported Cockroach on kitchen shelf. Reported 1/16. Exterminator came 1/17 There was golf cart in garage and directions how to use but not listed in information about rental so we rented cart for additional $450"

"Friendly neighborhood, close to community pool. Golf cart a plus. Very clean comfortable 3 bedroom home. Would definitely stay there again. Close to all things we wanted to do. Market Square and Brownwood Square and numerous golf courses !"

"Very nice property in less busy north section of The Villages."

"This house is pretty much in the center of The Villages, closest to Sumter Sq. And a short cart ride to Paddock. Spanish Springs is a short car ride or a 25 min golf cart ride, can be done. The house has a very comfortable bed in the Master. The other two bedroom were not used. A nice 4 seat golf cart came with the house and it is the preferred way of travel in The Villages."
