"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "

"Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep. It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train...
