"We had a great stay here, but it's probably geared towards younger customers. It's half a student hostel and half hotel. The staff are all lovely - really welcoming energy and provided many good tips for the area and places to see. It's really easy to get to from the central station or the HS station. And a really short walk in to the centre. The area around the hotel also has many great options to eat. The room and bathroom were both really comfortable. However the shower did have a drainage problem, it didn't get hot enough and it was a bit on the small side. Overall we really enjoyed our time here!"

"Carpets on 7th floor need cleaning. Cleaning staff made my bed and emptied my rubbish bin but did not clean used coffee cup and spoons (second day only)."
