Really useful location but I expected more from a Marriott. Room was large enough; the shower decent but what really irked me was the door locks. Maybe people are just idiotic, absent-minded or plain inconsiderate but, at times, all you’d hear is the slamming on room doors. With heavy locks it made a real racket, so you’d be woken up late at night, and then again in the early morning. You stay in an upmarket establishment, expecting a relaxed experience. This really put me off

A little bit of Rotterdam
Enjoyable stay, excellent location with tram and rail facilities close by. 15minutrs to Cruise Terminal . Good restaurants in the square within 10 minute walk through the plaza. Great culture. And quiet city. Just a few bicycles . Would definitely return .

I had stay for two times in July. The second time the hotel charged me €8 for Wi-Fi that’s what I was told because I had press the button for express Wi-Fi. I was so disappointed with that. The hotel guest should have free Wi-Fi. The room should have free Wi-Fi .
