Only complaints are very low water pressure in the showers and a couple people at the front desk weren't as friendly and helpful as they should have been. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful, though. "

"Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT. We paid the $25 fee plus our credit card was billed an additional $100! For what? Our order was 4 cups of coffee and 2...
