"The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here. "

The hotel must be going through some renovations as the hallways were all plastered or missing paint. Hope that is the case. But overall, if the location by the Galleria is a must this hotel was very suitable. "
