"We were only stayed for one night, but upon arrival the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage to the room (note to future guests, there are quite a few stairs to the rooms). Once in our room it was spacious with a comfortable bed and great view to the garden! We wish we were staying for more nights as this place was in a great location and walkability to pointe vecchio and lots of great shops and restaurants! "
