"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. The rooftop was undergoing renovations during our visit, it was not the least bit...

"V convenient for the Tram (5 mins walk to nearest stop) and therefore the airport, Duomo and train station (10 mins walk). Nice little hotel, quaint and old in character. Breakfast ok, if a little basic (to be expected for its size); food shops and restaurants nearby. Staff speak English, so didn’t have to inflict my poor Italian on them! Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel; did the job"

Everyone was really friendly especially Antonella she was amazing and one of the other ladies in the reception that helped us with some tourist attraction to visit! The rooms was great, very clean.
