"The overall stay here was amazing. A super clean, spacious place close to everything. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and all amenities worked perfect. Gated and super close to one of the best swimming holes on Terceira. The communication with the people in charge were great. They were there if we had any questions. I’m 100% going to be coming back to this very location. My wife and kids wanted to stay longer."

"The property was gorgeous. The location was great, very close to anything we would need. Communication with the manager of the property was excellent. He helped us with getting a taxi back-and-forth from the airport and checked on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything else. He was great And I hope to be back very soon."

"Everything about our short stay was excellent. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment and contents are brand new and of very high quality. Everything has been given careful thought. There is masses of storage space for clothes etc. Furniture, fittings and equipment show the level of investment in this small but superb space.The apartment faces onto the road so may not suit those who want peace and quiet but we enjoyed watching the world go by and didn’t find it a problem."

"Sandra is a charming person who shows genuine concern for her guests. Home had everything+ you could possibly need for stay, was very clean and organized. Location was perfect for us as it was 5 min to city by car close to a major store. There was also a bus stop a few feet away if you had no car. Se encuentra a tan solo 20 minutos de la ciudad principal, y se pueden disfrutar de buenas puestas de sol mientras preparas una barbacoa en el jardín. "I am already recommending you apartments I loved awaking daily to the sunrise watching the sea at my feet. The Porto Martins bathing pool is just a short walk. I snorkled in winter with a wet suit, so many fishes!!! Both the Vista Grille and Buzius are great restaurants. There are bus stops at the church and at the recycle station. We did not rent a car, used buses, taxi and tours for the 30 days we were there. Daily walks along the paved trail were a favorite of mine. Make sure you visit local...

"The property is beautiful inside and out. The only issues we had were that for the time of year the skylights allow in a lot of heat. And for us personally the mattress was very hard. Otherwise, everything else was very pleasant, clean, private, accommodating and very fairly priced for the size of the rental."

"This was a two day stay for me after my two week vacation in the Azores Islands. This clean, well appointed and great view apartment was a perfect way to finish my time. Plenty of restaurants and things to do right near by. Cabs available nearby for the short drive to the airport. António is a perfect host, he communicated throughout and was helpful to accommodate my plane’s late arrival in Terceira."
