In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.
