"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. "Clean, modern hotel. Not too far from tram or bus stop. Metro is a 12 min walk though. Google maps from the city to hotel shows St Marx on 71 tram as the stop. But if you go to next stop (Litfasstrasse) your walk time to hotel is cut to half. Now the glitch part. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Except once when my kid asked for a tea bag to replenish the coffee/tea in the room, she was told by the front desk lady no tea bags to replenish. Even though we stayed for 7 days. 1 extra tea...
