"El hotel en general está bien pero hay varios detalles que creo hubieran sido complicados de haber durado más ahí: el agua de la regadera después de un rato baja bastante su presión o simplemente deja de salir, solo uno de los contactos eléctricos sirve, realmente no tiene estacionamiento, el auto se queda en la calle, hay un refrigerador comunitario el cual está algo sucio. The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. "I loved Xuux Peek. When I go back to México i will stay here again. Google did mislead us on getting there, so if it directs you to a tiny over grown road, don't go that way. As you are heading east on 180D, right before the over pass there is a dirt road that runs along side the 180D, take that road and it leads directly to the hotel. I wish the cenotes were more full. "The hotel had wonderful facilities, in terms of the comfort of the rooms, the beautiful garden and the helpful And friendly attitude of the staff, especially the reception who were extremely helpful. The only downside was the distance from the hotel to the centre by foot along a busy main road. The hotel were very good at arranging taxis in to town but a ‘shuttle’ service might have been useful."
